PHOTO OF THE MONTH - Representing the United States Coast Guard. is "Coastie" an electronic animated talking boat who had some real competition at the San Antonio Boat Show last month. The Captain, who was normally wearing his life jacket was caught taking a break when this photo was taken... Coastie and the Captain were telling boaters to Always wear a life jacket, and never operate a boat while drinking!!! Great messages and a great looking Captain!
