RESCUE - Coastal Bend Companion Bird Club & Rescue Mission strives to promote the welfare of all birds. We support and place displaced, lost, or abandoned companion birds in foster care until permanent adoptive homes can be found. We also provide monetary donations for the rescue and rehabilitation of wild birds. We support the Texas State Aquarium and the Animal Rehabilition Keep in Port Aransas. The necessary forms can be found on our files page. Adoption photos of some of our rescues/placements are available.

If you would like to place a bird into our program or add your name to a list of perspective adoptive parents please come by our club during our general meetings or email us. If you decide to place your bird into our program, you will be asked to provide questions regarding the birds history. This adoption service is provided without charge.
